The title says it all Tell us a bit about yourself. I'm Koi. My favorite Junji Ito story is probably Uzumaki, at least partially because it's the first one I ever read. The Face Burglar comes in a close second though.

My name is Ramo (not really, but close) Favorite Junji Ito story is most likely Hellstar Remina, although I find most of his shorter stories just as good. Trying to be an Illustrator, but I work on computers for income.

Well welcome, and congrats on being the first member It's funny you say Hellstar Remina is your favorite. A majority of people I've heard didn't seem to like it as much as his other stuff.

Well, like I said, some of the shorter stories I also love, but as far as the longer material I would probably go with Hellstar Remina. It probably has to do with a recent fascination with space/the universe haha

Hi there I'm Aestus. First of all my mother language is not english so I appologize for some of my gramatical mistakes that I'll propably make in the future. My favorite Junji Ito story would be Tomie followed closely by Uzumaki. I'm a plastic arts student so I hope that I would atleast contributed with some fnarat in the future. I think Hellstar Remina was pretty good, the ending might be a little to open for my taste but it make sense.

Hello people. My favorite of Junji's work is Uzumaki. (The first I read) My second being 'Long Dream' and my third being Tomie. This is my first time on a forum, so if it looks like I don't know what I'm doing, it's safe to assume that I don't.

Hello hello! I'm ghost and I like drawing and reading Junji Ito right before bed haha. I've been a huge Junji Ito fan ever since I read The Enigma of the Amigara Fault and have read all (I think) of his horror manga. It's hard to choose a favourite but it would probably be Uzumaki with Amigara, Long Dream, Tomie and Thing That Drifted Ashore.

Hello, my name is Martin Kerij. I'm a graphic artist and a musician! I absolutely love Junji Ito's manga, so much so that it pains me to play favorites, but I'll go ahead and say that I especially enjoy Long Dream and the entirety of the Mimi no Kaidan collection. I have quite a bit more to read, so I think this is a great place to hang out! It's nice to meet you.

Hello, I'm stimps, from Canada. I've been reading and following Junji Ito's work for a long time. It's been hard to always get the new stuff here, but yay internet! =) I am an artist, working with paint, pens, markers, and also some sculpting as well. I also do fibre work. I have a dream of doing an uzumaki themed shawl that has the spirals all through it. =) My favourite stories... Hmm. I love Tomie because the whole chameleon/doppelganger thing interests me a lot. I am *still* trying to learn how Mr. Ito does those perfect Tomie lips with just a few pen strokes. =D Uzumaki was great because of the buildup of each section, for me. The mosquito mothers aaaaagh. =D I really like GYO, but I have to be in a good mood and *not* hungry when I read it. Bleah! The tumblr is so great, thank you to those who started it - being able to read his work online is great (although I love to have the books in my hot little hands). Um, I guess that's about it. I am a pretty excited person and I am still learning a lot about all kinds of painting and drawing techniques. I'm just glad there are people around who are also interested in the macabre, because a) I can learn a lot from their work, and b) get scared with them, too. Good to meet you.

Hi, Stimps! SPIRALS EVERYWHERE YES There's nothing quite the same as feeling the pages and being able to pull a book off a shelf. Wish more would be published in English ): Have you ever read any Kago Shintaro?

No, I haven't, but I will rush out and find some this weekend. I live near 2 comic book stores and while they don't always have what I want I can usually push them around enough to get them to order it. =D Thank you!
